Taylor Studios Inc. wants to become the most sought after firm in the industry. We will be the most creative planning/design/build firm you can find. We will create the best customer service experience in the industry. We will make the experience as easy as possible while creating the best work in the industry. We will have fun getting there. We do not hesitate to laugh. We will add new things to our repertoire as they help us meet our mission. Eventually, we will pick and choose only the best projects.
It is a leader’s job to keep the company’s vision in front of those they lead. I’ve attempted to do this on an ongoing basis. I first published the below strategy to achieving our vision almost ten years ago. The document hasn’t changed. It is still our strategy. Join us in achieving it!

Strategy:
Taylor Studios, Inc. cares about its people. We will seek people that are committed to our core values, seek challenge, desire self-improvement and are positive. We will strive to provide a workplace that is fun, challenging and rewarding.
We must continually create superior products less expensively. More exhibit per dollar, superior exhibit per dollar- is the path to surpassing all competitors. We will constantly strive to outdo our competitors and ourselves.
We recognize that our client base is two-fold. A commitment of excellence to our direct client translates as a commitment to the viewing public.
Communication is the cornerstone of second-to-none superior customer service. Frequent, informed, and consistent communication separates us from others in the industry.
I want our clients to proclaim, “We have a Taylor Studios built exhibit!”
The day we stop learning & the day we stop having fun is the day we re-evaluate our purpose.
We will constantly strive to improve our efficiency and effectiveness. We will approach our work with a sense of urgency. We will work hard for our clients and ourselves. There are no entitlements. We will earn our rewards.
Consistently keep an eye on the level of overhead and keep it to a minimum.
Taylor Studios, Inc. believes a good attitude is the key to achieving the values and goals of the company. We expect employees to treat others with respect and to maintain a positive attitude.
