Two Certified Interpretive Planners are Better than One

Katie VanMetre, one of our interpretive planners, received her certification from the National Association for Interpretation (NAI) this week. Yay! We now have two NAI certified interpretive planners (CIP) on staff. This is important, and while I could explain why, I think Lisa Brochu, the Associate Director of NAI, explains it well .
Has anyone had the opportunity to work on exhibit projects with and without CIPs on the team? Could you tell a difference in the process and the end result?
