In order to manage our man (and woman) hours within a fixed budget, we have developed a well-defined, . With 20+ years of design experience under our belts, we anticipate and forewarn our clients when they may be asking for services that are outside our agreed scope of work. Most of the time, this forewarning is appreciated and they understand additional services cost extra money.

Nothing we do should ever come as a surprise to our clients (that’s where the collaborative design process comes in). Making changes and adjustments should happen throughout each phase of the process. That’s why we encourage client’s to when they don’t like something. It’s far easier and more cost effective to make changes earlier rather than later.
