Pokagon State Park needed a way to highlight its year-round appeal while honoring its natural and cultural history, all within a limited budget and without relying on electronic media. Taylor Studios delivered a custom exhibit solution that meets these specific challenges.

Our design and fabrication teams worked to create durable, non-electronic exhibits that blend a rustic aesthetic with a modern feel. The exhibit features a winding path of discovery, highlighting the park’s natural history and its cultural significance as a home to the Potawatomi Tribe. We collaborated with tribal representatives to ensure the authenticity of a recreated wigwam—a powerful centerpiece for the exhibit.

The final interpretive exhibits encourage visitors to explore and learn about the park throughout the seasons, expanding the park’s message and increasing its appeal.
