In our business, success is not measured by how well you can design.  Nor is it measured by how well you can fabricate or project manage a project. It’s measured by how well you listen and consider your clients’ opinions, wants, and needs.  Building relationships is, in my opinion, one of the most important and rewarding things you can do.

I had the extreme pleasure of joining our team on another installation for a repeat client recently.  As with all installations, there were minor hiccups. On any other project, the situation might have been very stressful, but because we have such a good and trusting relationship with our client, the hiccups were just that, hiccups.

Afterward, we all went out for a celebratory dinner together.  It was like sitting together with family sharing experiences, joking with each other, and discussing the future.

What we design and build is awesome, but the relationships and friendships we build are even better.
